Please can you break this information down by: a) the number of homes that received energy efficiency improvements in each year b) how much money was spent in each year on energy efficiency improvements for homes c) A brief summary where appropriate of what overall improvements were made 2) Please could you provide a breakdown of the Energy Performance Certificate of all commercial properties owned by your local authority. Please could you provide a) the number of commercial properties rated in each category (A-G), and b) state whether any of these have improved in the past five years. RESPONSE I can confirm that the Council do not hold any recorded information I respect of this question. The Council do not categorise home improvements in this way. The Council’s housing stock was transferred to Yorkshire Coast Homes (YCH) in November 2003. Yorkshire Coast Homes subsequently merged with Coast and Country Housing to form Beyond Housing in 2018.
