Overview We can support you with potential energy efficiency projects that could reduce revenue costs. A loan can be offered to cover installation with repayments based on the anticipated savings. A member of the Corporate Property Team will manage the project in conjunction with our colleagues in VINCI. After gathering information to create a business case we will also provide an estimated payback in years so further assessment and funding options can be explored. The project will be reviewed regularly to see how the technology is performing against the forecast shown in the Business Case.
