Overview Aelwyd Housing is a charitable housing association, with a Christian ethos, providing affordable rented homes for people in housing need. We provide high quality homes and services to over 300 residents. Our work is directed and overseen by a voluntary Board of Management, who are actively involved in strategic and policy decisions and responsible for monitoring the performance of the Association. Currently all of its properties are situated in South Wales, and the vast majority are flats for people aged over 55 years. We are proud to be a Dementia Friendly organisation.
